Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the goods were taken over by the customer or a third party designated by him.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement via email.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If this contract is withdrawn, all payments received, including delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the withdrawal.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are:
Products that are returned worn, damaged or not in their original condition.
